How to get there
Bamberg, Nürnberg and Würzburg are the three main rail hubs in Franconia. Most of the cities on the rail network can be reached directly from one of these three cities. Trains run between all three at least hourly and often more frequently. Erlangen is on the line between Bamberg and Nürnberg and trains run at least twice and hour. The Other section includes cities (usually the main city in a district) that may be used as hubs, as well as cities with no convenient public transportation connections.
