 Rural brewery with a very good Dunkel - almost black and very aromatic with liquorice and chocolate. Low bitterness. Unfortunately the Hell was infected when I tasted it (diacetyl).

 The perfect franconian brewery, very rural. The dark beer was chocolate like and slightly malty. The Helles was much heavier with superb aromata. Very nice.

 Delicous, chocolaty dark beer at a very nice and relaxing countryside setting. I could easily spend an entire evening here.
