Thanks, for theStepansberg description and tourist office tip, as I will try to go to see the Schlenkerla caves.  Sent tourism an email.

Sounds fun as I went on the Pilsner Urquil tour in Czech last summer seeing the cellar built in 1861.  Very cold!
