Local knowledge please.

I am looking to visit some of the breweries I've not gone to before when I'm over next week. I am interested in visiting the following 4 establishments and was wondering which way to tackle them by bike? Alt in Dietzhof, Drummer in Leutenbach, Elchbrau in Thuisbrunn and Hofmann in Hohenschwarz. I was intending tackling them by bike and using trains to/from Grafenberg and to/from either Kirchenrehbach or Wiesenthau. Can someone (Nick?) let me know which way round the majority downhill sections would be. It looks to be a bit of a climb up to Diethof and Leutenbach, but I was more concerned with the long sections between Grafenberg and Thuisbrunn and then Thuisbrunn and Leutenbach. I'm only asking as my muscle disease is going to prevent me for pedalling uphill for a long time and I'm looking for the easiest option. Many thanks. Mat
