What have I missed?

The only brewery on your list that I've actually been to is Kraus in Hirschaid, the beer was reasonably good and the pub had a good atmosphere, full of locals, also It's easy to get to by train from Bamberg so you might as well go. I meant to go to Sauer Gunzendorf but never got any further than Lowenbrau Buttenheim on the day as I liked it too much. I got some bottles at the shop on Nurnberg Hbhf which were good and I'd planned to go there after it was recommended to me by the locals at Muhlenbrau. Zirndorf; I've drunk in Bamberg, nothing special so I wouldn't bother. Hartmann, Wurgau; I've drunk in a village pub south west of Bug, I forget the name, I wasn't impressed but I only had one of the beers. Loscher, Munchensteinach; I bought a bottle recently in Beers of Europe, in England (great shop!). I'll let you know when I've tried it.
