What have I missed?

Löwenbräu Adelsdorf-Neuhaus Not really worth the effort, IMO. Lovely Keller in the woods though. Kitzmann Erlangen Steinbach-Bräu Erlangen Meh. Erlangen has a nice Burgberg/Kellerberg, and if you're here on a Kellerseason weekend, you might like a visit to the Kitzmann Keller. If you've nothing better to do. The town wasn't bombed, and has some nice architecture from the Hugenot era which differentiates it from the more Catholic towns. (They invented the mp3 format here!) Nacht-Bräu Frauenaurach Good luck finding this. Let me know if you do! Sauer Gunzendorf OK. Nice Bock Hellerbräu Herzogenaurach Very nice dunkles Lager, unfiltered in the bottle. Have never actually visited the Brauereigaststätte, although I've been by many, many times. Café Kreisl(?) in H'aurach serves the Pils vom Fass and the dunkles in the bottle. Kraus Hirschaid Agreed with others here! Wolfshöhe Neunkircken/Sand Is this not an Einheitsbrauerei or something? Barfüsser Nürnberg Skip it. Bland, yeasty, modern-day German brewpub beer. Altstadthof Nürnberg Not a great fan of this, but worth trying, as so many people love it. Ott Oberleinleiter Spectacular setting in der fränkischen Schweiz, very nice Gaststätte with several beers on, including nice dunkles Lager, whose fränkischen name escapes me at the moment. Geyer Oberreichenbach Avoid. Sour beer, and perhaps the worst meat we've ever had in the whole country: "Schinken" wasn't cured/smoked properly, nor cut decently, nor was their cold Wurst edible. Gave most of my Brotzeit to their dog. Hofmann Pahres Haven't been there, but their Bio/organic beers are often at Italian restaurants, and they're not terrible in the bottle. Müller-Bräu Reundorf Lovely Keller, OK Kellerbier. Haven't been to the Gaststätte, nor have I tried the Bock. Sauer Röttenbach OK "export" lager. Nice Festbier (bottled). Nice people. Enzensteiner Schnaittach Somewhat interesting/good alternative grains like Spelt and whatnot. Klosterbrauerei Weissenohe Not a real Klosterbrauerei any longer, as it's been in private ownership since the 1820's. Beers are always a bit thin and usually astringent. If you're on the train to Gräfenberg, perhaps worth a stop. If you're at Annafest, perhaps worth sharing a Mass of their (thin, not very good) Festbier. Hartmann Würgau Lovely place. Beers perhaps overrated, food menü looks very good. Brauerei Zirndorf. Not worth it: Owned by Tucher, IIRC, and very bland. (Brewed at Tucher?)
