Bamberg Bockbier

Had the Rossdorfer (Sauer) Bock at Abseits and it was very nice. Also Fischer (Greuth) from the bottle and it was OK but a bit too sweet for me. Keeseman bock was nice, but not as good as last year, I think. Mahrs Bock was very, very nice -- to drinkable! Klosterbraeu Bock was also good. I thought I detected a bit of the Klosterbraeu "house flavor" but somebody told me later that all of their bees (including the bock) are brewed at Kaiser (Neuhaus). :(
