December 07 Bamberg tentative plans

The Gutenberg museum is quite interesting. The brewpub in Mainz, the Eisgrub, is not bad either, the other in Mainz-Kastel is not as interesting (they oak age their beer, but it tastes off). I recommend a meal at the Twelve Apostles in Frankfurt, right off of the fussganger zone, good Balkan food with their own beers.
