Nick. That is a very good idea. When we were in the St Georgen Keller where the beer is force carbonated, I remarked that the same beer was much better at GBBF where we gravity poured it and in the cask conditioned version we had all to briefly at Wetherspoons here in England. In fact the cask conditioned version was FFG. Poor state of affairs when one can say that! Peter
