Its funny how that works. Years ago a friend and I went to Sudwerk in Davis, CA for lunch. The brewery was in the middle of a big room, with the bar around it. We immediately sat at the bar and waited for service. A waitress came over and said "You don't want to sit there -- they are brewing and it smells." Of course we replied "We want to sit here because they are brewing and it smells great!"
