Texts, translations and errors (Attn John White)

Yes the Elderberry makes sense, so I have immediately changed it to this on my Amberg Web page. Normally I get such info by taking a photo of the menu card, which I did, but I get rid of them after using them; with a bigger hard drive now, perhaps I will keep them for longer! Many thanks for pointing this out, as I like my pages to be correct.
