Bayern ticket in Bamberg buses

It sounds like they might mean that you may ride one bus or buses from the train station in Bamberg to complete your journey. It is unclear that they mean you can ride around all day on Bamberg buses. But then I am not sure how they would enforce it unless it is only allowed on buses going away from the Bahnhof. Has anyone here ever tried it?
