| The mainreason for the bad opinion of Cologe beertrinker about franconian beer might be, that he does not know it. Probably he mixes up Bamberg with Bavaria: Since Naopleons wars Franconia is part of bavaria and is still ruled like spoils of war. The state-broatcasting-corporation "Bayerischer Rundfunk", which describes the federalstate of "bavaria" in germany, holds back the region of franconia. Because of this many germans does not know much about franconia (and its beer). |
