New York Times Travel Section article on Beer this Weekend

I just saw the article. I thought it was pretty well done. Nice to see franconiabeerguide.com mentioned. Something interested happened to Christine and me recently. We had someone else's homebrewed Franconian Kellerbier beat our Kellerbier in a homebrew contest, nice to see! We also have a good cadre of homebrewers in the Washington, DC area that have been smoking their own malt and doing very well in contests. I need to get back to the source and recalibrate my palate.
