Tut-tut. Although I do see the occasional bike rider with an open bottle here and there, I believe that consumption on a bike would have to be roughly as illegal as consumption in an Auto is. It is illegal to ride a bike under the influence, but the gm/ml limits are double what they are for Autos, IIRC. Though, you're not likely to get caught in a random breath test check on a bike...
