Re,the camra thing.

I'd be happy enough with that but for one point; if we are allowed to sell by gravity (as happens in Germany) with all its attendant problems of air getting at the beer, what is the difference with us doing it with kegs? Surely there is a degree of inconsistency here? Is gravity "proper" in this context? There is the same exposure to air, though we can argue about degree. PS Lets put aside the bad job we do of serving it from kegs sometimes, as, apart from Fred, no-one makes that the reason not to do it. My own view would be gravity and bottles, as the "keg" stuff we sell is a PIA and when served from jugs, gives a poor impression and, sometimes, poor beer.
