The list on the referenced website are not all on Michelsberg, they are just on some hill :) Actually from looking at the list under "Bergstadt" many of them are in the old town, just not on Sandstrasse (Scharwze Katz, Hofbräu, Brasserie, Weierich, etc) That is not a beer drinkers list, though. Schwarze Katz is a wine bar (though I've been told its a good one and open very late). Einhorns-Keller is on the Jakobsberg -- it used to be run by Thomas of Torschuster -- but they only have Hacker-Pschorr. I've gone to a couple concerts at Galerie Stephansberg -- they have Spezial in bottles. Tapas, Stöhrenkeller and Torschuster most you know about :)
