Accomodation for groups in Bamberg?

Gday guys, Myself and a handful of friends are planning a trip to Franconia, and are planning on basing ourselves in Bamberg. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for accomdation for a group of 8-10 people for about a week? Our current plan is to rent multiple apartments. There is one place that I've found which sleeps six, but most seem to sleep a maximum of three. I'm aware of the youth hostel, but am keen to keep that as a last resort due to the less-than-central location and the fact that most of us are aged 26+. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
