Another bus question, off topic too

Thanks to everyone for good ideas. I have written to Kuaska, and treijan's knowledge of former train stations helped me to find an acceptable rail connection from Nice via Savona and Ceva to Farigliano. The road seems to be 3.5 km and about 100 m elevation, so it should be walkable - or I might get a taxi... Grazie tutti!
