So whats your favorite brewery?

I had Kaiserdom a long time ago and don't remember it well. It was, in fact, so long ago that my tastes were different and less developed. I've been trying to find it just to see. We did Griefenklau on a sunny day in february and the patio was closed, but we did see the castle over a fence. We also hiked up to the church, I forget the name, where the beer museum is at but being there in Feb the beer museum was closed but we had a drink at the tavern next door. The church was great with its botanical ceiling paintings. Mike
