| Galicia is not a traditional center for tapas; the big thing up there is seafood, not dissimilar from Portugal. Similarly, the tradtional main drink has been wine. Beer has usually been the modern industrial-scale mass-produced lagers. The injection of "craft brewing" into Spanish culture is quite recent. |
