Unfortunately the biggest latin element is the language. After being conquered by the romans the celtic language disappeared gradually. It was a q-celtic language like Gaelic. But there are remains in a lot of place names. Like in the town Lugo, named after the god Lug. And the traditions are really strong, so it's a magical area for me. I'll be there the fourth time now.
