|Our visit to Hönig - actually, the Keller right outside - featured the house Kellerbier, IIRC. Others on offer were the Pils and the Posthörnla, but as the Kellerbier was tasting good, and yes, with that honey-like background that Franconian brewers occasionally attain when things go particularly right, we weren't terribly keen on anything else.
I've had the Posthörnla on other occasions, usually accompanying food. I didn't find it at all objectionable, pretty much on the mildly-smoky side. Different tastes, etc.
