2. Brauer/Brauerei-Inhaber ! 3. Hausbrauer: people with brewing rights, historically connected to the ownership of a house in the village/town. The beer may come from a communal brewery, or from a commercial one, Göller in Zeil produces Hausbrauerbier for instance. |
