OT: Robinson's (was: Braukunst Live München (again))

| If I didn't mention it previously, my last night this last trip was again in Mncr, and once again the late night stop was The Castle. And once again, most of the Robbies was, well, not the best of the trip.
News: There was *no* Old Tom on. A concerned query to the young guy who's there every time I am revealed that it would be returning shortly -- as a gravity cask to be set on the bar. I really do want to like Robinson's better. They don't make it easy for me though. They were the featured brewer the night of the start of the Wetherspoons fest where I was, and so I was given a couple of thirds of their old and new beers. I just don't like their yeast. |
