Bavarian whisky (slightly off topic)

A very nice present came my way yesterday: Slyrs, whisky made in Bavaria (not Franconia, I admit). The thing that makes it special is that part of the malt is smoked over a beechwood fire (the rest of the malt is not smoked)! Now there is a link to a Franconian beer type .... http://www.slyrs.de/
